Snacks and Easy Nutrition Meals
Tired of eating the same old snacks? Do you ever want to try preparing a nutritious and delicious meal? Well "Food for Thought" are meals brought to you by IHA students, both present and former who have taken Ms. Williams Health class. Ms. Williams will also contribute some good eats which are easy to prepare. So if you need something to pick you up before your afternoon study time, athletic event or late night snack, try these easy to prepare snacks and meals.
One last note....if you try any of the meals, let us know how they worked out for you by sending an email to Ms. Williams, that way I will know what recipes are popular and which ones just don't make the grade.
