NUTRITION CALCULATIONS

 

Below you will find the recommended daily allowance for each macronutrient.  The percentages are based on an individuals total caloric consumption per day.  For example, if your total caloric intake is 2,000 calories per day, 60% should come from carbohydrates, 20% from protein, and 20% from dietary fat.
