STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISE OF THE MONTH

 

  The Box Squat  - The Box Squat is an exercise that strengthens the Legs, specifically the Hamstrings.  You perform the exercise as shown in the picture with feet wider than shoulder width, (see photo #1).  Upon sitting on the box, you lead with your hips. (see photo #2)  and push through your heels on the way back up to the starting position.
