Quizzes, homework assignments, and classroom performance will be weighted once

ABSENCES/GENERAL MAKE-UP POLICY:

bullet

Following an absence it is the student's responsibility to contact me the day of her return to school regarding missed work or assignments due.

bullet

Students are expected to check my website to keep track of homework assigned during an absence.

bullet

Work missed due to an absence must be made up within one week of returning to school.  If a student is absent for more than three days, she should see me when she returns to school to arrange a make-up schedule.

bullet

Work due on the date of an absence must be handed to the teacher in person on the day the student returns to school, whether or not her section meets on that day.

bullet

As a general rule, a student must take a make-up test on the next day she is in school during a free period or after school.  It is your responsibility to schedule a make-up time on the morning of your return. I am in Homeroom 208.  For each day you are in school after an absence and do not see me to make up the test, 5 points will be deducted from your test or quiz.
