Community Service Performance Ensembles!!!!!
A Capella!
Ever wanted to sing a cappella? Well, now here’s your chance!
A Capella, or unaccompanied vocal music, is making its debut at Immaculate Heart! The A Capella group will consist of girls representing various vocal parts who come together to create beautiful music. Under the direction of Ms. Fernandez, members will practice and perform songs of various genres, ranging from pop to county, jazz to r&b. Practices will be held one afternoon a week, and performances will be conducted throughout the school year both on campus and throughout the community. The group is perfect for those interested in singing and vocal-percussion, as well as those interested in becoming more involved in the Immaculate Heart community! This ensemble will be a community service based ensemble with performances contributing to school and Honor Society service requirements. String Chamber Ensemble
Small string ensemble performing classical and liturgically based music. This ensemble will serve as a community outreach as well as participate in school related functions and liturgical services. This ensemble will be a community service based ensemble with performances contributing to school and Honor Society service requirements. Woodwind Ensemble
Small flute, oboe and clarinet ensemble performing classical, contemporary and liturgically based music. This ensemble will serve as a community outreach as well as participate in school related functions and liturgical services.
